Some of our products are made to order and customized based on the customer's selection (such as design elements, placement, or additional preferences).

According to EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

By Placing an Order You Agree That

• The item is produced specifically for you
• Production begins after order confirmation
• The order cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started

Preview & Approval

Before shipping, you may receive a preview of your item for approval. Once approved, the order is finalized.

Handmade & Unique

Each piece is individually hand-painted and created specifically for you. Because every item is made to order, slight variations make your piece truly one of a kind.

This also means your item is custom-produced and cannot be returned once completed.
