1. Products

All items are hand-painted and made to order.

Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations may occur. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from product images.

Colors may also vary depending on screen settings.

2. Custom-Made Products

Some products are customized based on the customer's selection (such as design elements, placement, or additional preferences). These items are considered custom-made products.

According to EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

By placing an order for a custom-made product, you agree that:

• The item is created specifically for you
• Production begins after payment confirmation
• The order cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started

In some cases, a preview of the product may be provided before shipping. Once approved, the order is considered final.

3. Orders

Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, technical issues, or product unavailability.

4. Payment

All payments are made in advance via:

• Credit/Debit Card
• Apple Pay

Payment is processed at the time of checkout.

5. Production & Delivery

All products are made to order.

Production time is up to 21 days.

Delivery is carried out via Speedy courier service.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier conditions. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Standard (Non-Custom) Products

You have the right to return non-custom products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn and unused
• In its original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days.

Custom Products

Before shipping, you may receive a preview of your item for approval. Once approved, the order is finalized.

Each piece is individually hand-painted and created specifically for you.

Because every item is made to order, slight variations make your piece truly one of a kind.

This also means your item is custom-produced and cannot be returned once completed.

6.2 Custom-Made Products

Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a production issue, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

You may be required to provide photos for review.

We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).

8. Customer Responsibility

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Incorrect washing
• High temperatures
• Improper handling
• Normal wear and tear

Please follow the care instructions provided with your item.

9. Liability

The Company is not liable for:

• Minor differences in design or color
• Delays caused by third-party services
• Misuse of the product
